Dewirzat joined the Lipson Nanophotonics Group in 2026. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from New York University in 2024, and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in 2026. He spent some time at Coherent Corp working on projects such as monocrystalline diamond, high-powered Pockels cells, and LiS batteries. He is interested in both integrated and bulk optics as well as cooking and fishing.
